Do you know a mammal that lays egg?

    Just now I have read about this mammal that lays egg and still feeding the young ones with milk. More over, they devoid of teats but still they possess mammary gland to feed the young one.

    Any body can guess what is this?

    It's the platypus of course :)

    I saw a few of them in the wild when I was a kid.
