Do you know a good way to get automatic chats with skype?

Do you know a good way to get automatic chats (come in) with skype? I heared that there exists a option/status that come in automatic people that would like to chat.
Or there anybody know any other way?

 

If you have skype, run it on your computer in the background.
That way, when someone wants to contact you, it pops up!
