Do you know a good cedit card processor for small amounts?

I live in Ukraine, a country where PayPal works only for sending payments. I can't receive payments via PayPal, and that's a big problem.
I was told Moneybookers could help out. OK, I signed up for Moneybookers.
But it turned out very soon that I can't receive payments from US-residents trough Moneybookers. Moneybookers is incompatible with some US-requirements mandatory for payment systems.

Can anybody recommend me a good international CC payment processor accepting small payments below 60 USD for intangible goods, such as domain names?
Fees in and out should be comparable to those of Paypal or Moneybookers.

Popular alternatives are alertpay and epassporte apart from moneybooker, but before signing in please check the compatibility with your country.

The advice everyone is giving you is very appropriate so far.

The truth is unless you have a reasonable amount of volume and are prepared to spend some money setting up an international business structure and direct merchant account ( assuming your volume will qualify ) 3rd party processors such as MoneyBookers or the like would be the best solution for you.

    Good luck with your business

    Cheers
