Do you keep track of the count of your pages indexed by Google?

I have been keeping track on the count of my pages indexed by Google for the past month.
At the first two weeks, Google indexed around 500 pages every day.
Then after that it deindexed couple hundreds of pages every day.
Then now is increasing again. Is that normal?
I can understand if Google drops the ranking of the unimportant pages, but why deindexing my pages?

And yes my website(www.scoreinthebox.com) has more than 300,000 pages total if case you ask :)

It happens to my websites as well, the number of indexed pages going up and down.
On one of my website, the total number of pages is almost the same, but it indexes news pages every day, meaning google also drops some indexed pages.
May be google disovers duplicate content and removes these pages.
