    Hello,

My work is to build sites and sell it off as soon as possible. So mostly I flip sites sometimes I feel like domains registered before 10 years are now gold mines currently so will my domains will worth 10000s of $ after 10 years? should I save those domains for that long?

    I cant guess out.

Should I sell it for less price now and enjoy minimum profit or I should keep for future.

Just wanted to ask you guys did you kept any domain for future use?

    depends on keywords

if you good in develop and sell then avg keywords works well :)

but if you want to keep domains for long time then your choice should be a generic word/s

I dint got any good domains but assume if you register a domain like noxnews.com will it have good worth after 10 years? as at that time I dont think there will be any brandable domain will be available as it is harder to find any brandable domain now also so do you think such domains will have good value in future?

"A bird in hand is worth two in the bush."

How much do you figure things will change in 10 years? Do yu think the internet we have now will be the same as the internet we have 10 years from now? With all the emphasis on local search and geotargetting? You say that your current method is to build and flip sites quickly. Is holding a domain for 10 years something you would consider quick? Are the current crop of 10 year old domains million dollar sites that were hastily thrown together over the last ten years, or do you think that they evolved from the $10 domain they were 10 years ago?

My advice: If you're willing to spend the next 10 years trying to grow a million dollar site, do it. If you don't want to devote that much time and effort into a site, then continue with your current methods.
