Google cares about it, but I feel a lot of people bellow 18 have adsense accounts, since google is not so strict about it.

 

either use a parent or get a workers permit. Google will notice once it submits the tax information.

So watch out because it is against the rules and they might not pay you.

You need to be 18+ for adsense account but if you have good knowledge than you can open one account on your parents name and start earning money .

 

Yes, atleast 18 years of age is necessary to join in adsense account.
I have completed my 18 years of age and then joined in adsense account.
If you are under 18 years of age, you can open account with your parents name also.
