    Same is the case with me. I collected huge number of stamps when I was in school.
    It was really fun doing it as it helped me get in touch with distant relatives and my family members always remembered me when they saw a new stamp. It was a good way to remain on their minds... I guess! :)

    I did that when i was 12.. had like three full books of it...

    The good thing is i still have it..and the bad thing is haven't checked the condition that it is in...

    Me too...I used to collect em when i was really young...I still have a few cool old stamps from Britain, Nepal, Russian and some Asian countries...

    I don't collect stamps however I do have an envelope of 1st class stamps in my desk draw just in case I need to post something. I guess you could call it a collection. :/

    I dont collect stamps as such but i have heavily invested in them for about 7 years and these are insteadof a pension as the returns on rarer stamps are much higher than a normal pension.
