    I have in italian, one about casino, one about free stuff and games, a forum too.

    How you do promotions i.e link building etc for regional sites? Directory Submissions, Article submissions or Link Exchange or what? Hope you'll not mind to answer.

    It's not very different than English websites. Submissions are good, i personally am not very much into link exchanges, general idea counts here as well which is that rich content will attract natural backlinks.
