I dont, too bad I had them when I was in collage and I got fat when I started working in the IT field
Firstly its like hell to get into perfect shape, and then we have to do atleast 500-600 reps every day abdomen crunches to reduce all the fat around the belly and get the 6 pack. We need to consume lot of protein food for stamina and muscle growth. Fruits, non-oily food, good sleep, 10-20 mins of walking after every meal, drinking lots of water, Avoiding alcohol, smoking is must We have to follow many these strict rules to get into perfect shape with 6 abs.
Well you work to hard... i do 100 sit ups a night and i have great abs!? and i eat lots of crap. but i do upper body weights!
I do't have a six pack, but a I do have a flat and healthy stomach thanks to a good daily exercise routine. I think being too defined looks a bit wrong...
well i don't have a 6 pack.... but i think even if we get a 6 pack it would be very difficult to maintain.....
Means the thing which is not related to your professional that thing your never does haaan...!! Taking care of good health and good physics is not unuseful stuffs form my point of view.
i don't have any abs right now ,,but am working on i need little bit more time working out on gym and keep dieting...but i will have one day
Getting a 6 pack is all about body fat. You have to slim down to around 6 - 8% body fat. Genetics also helps.
How funny... Making six packs is really an easy thing... Even I have six pack abs but I dont use to disclose it and hide it behind a small fatty tummy. Actually i don't like to expose anything.
Nopesss... i too don't have six packs. I am so skinny that instead of six packs my 14 ribs can be easily seen.
if you dont workout regularly, dont go out running in the morning, dont have a professional low-carb but high protein diet dont dream about having great abs.
