    I think everyone have a plan just need to implement it on your project if you have then why are you looking on the other's face..?

    Do you really think, you will get a genuine answer to your question? Well may be not me.. I wouldn't expect an easy answer to this question. SEO is all about trying a method according to the homework you have done.

    Give lots of thoughts on how the SEs work, what would be their behavior, the way they rank, etc. Then prepare a plan yourself and work according to that. You will surely get a result, if you have made the necessary preparations.

    Work regular on your website. It will help you to get long term ranking for your keywords on the search engines
