Never done it. The point is - how much can a few clicks get you: $1, $5... (obviously depends on the niche and no. of clicks)? In any case, would you *sell* (yes, SELL) your morality for that little amount? Guys (and gals), my site started with $200 per month and now generates more than $6000. How? Spend you energies on building useful content, SEO, Ad optimization (through channels) and it all works out. FYI, I have *NEVER* consciously requested for inbound links or submitted to directories. I just create nice content and the links come on their own - they have a word for it - link baiting (but it has such a derogatory tone to it).
