I don't have -ve balance, but my a/c has been limited. What should I do then ?

 

Please wait for one more week. If the thing is not solved, quit paypal and join any other site that offers money transfer service. I heard that paypal office is working today also in INDIA to sort out this issue. This is a clear cut case of technical snag.

 

Yes thats the thing we must do. You have to do this if you have -ve balance. But I don't have -ve balance till.

And I don't think that they can track if you make accounts from some of your family members.

Remember to delete your cc information and banking info.

Yeah even we can't do anything (Edit/delete info ) with -ve account ..so we must balance ($0.00) such type of account if we want to do anything through -ve account ..

 

That wont work.You might have your credit card verified with paypal

 

is they asked any proff to submit? if yes then submit in mean time

 

Dude, See.. What i did is.. I did XOOM on 29th.. I got money in bank.

after that only they reversed all.

So no problem for me.

Dude.. Common.. Ring your provider and ask them to block that card..

My transactions on feb 6 got reversed as well...how the hell are they supposed to send money

 

did you got the money as goods with shipping detils ?

 

you cant close the paypal with negative balance but if they dont recover money from your added cc then they will automatically close after some months

 

There is no such steps given to me by PayPal to get rid of it. I mean no resolving steps are seen under the notification page of resolution centre.

What to do then ?

But there is always possibilities to delete credit card information. We can do that easily. Also can remove the bank information too.

that's it they are screwed. Just leave the account idle.

 

They have their database, it will still be there in database even if you delete it.

I was talking about the future problems. Of course I know that they will keep the data even if we delete it. But they can't carry out transactions if we delete the connection between our cards/bank accounts as the authentication expires once we do the same.

Also we can upload some vcc info by deleting the current cards. There is nothing to worry about it. But unfortunately all don't have -ve balance. I doubt even a 10% of the indian customers do have that..

 

There are lot of other issues if you try to delete it, after that you cannot use same name, your CC, same address to open new paypal account.

Not sure about you,but i also get around 40-50 subscription payments each month for certain services and changing these to new paypal account will be too much pain.
