No i have verified account of HDFC credit card now they are charge 10000rs directly from credit card

A new problem crops up.

I have my Paypal verified with a Debit Card, and all I have in that account is Rs 501.32

I'm at $66 (-ve) in Paypal.. so they can't rip off the money from my card, at least..

I now thank the guardian angels that I never trusted Paypal with my credit card information and used the netsafe card to varify. So, my account shows a card, but it can never be charged. As far as I know, they can't debit funds from my bank account without authorization. In any case, this is a weekend, and I am going to call up my bank if this thing is not solved by Monday morning to confirm this. I don't think the bank can legally transfer money from my account without authorization, but better safe than sorry.

I have also taken the precaution to use a "throw away account" which always has a low balance for such stuff to play safe in a world of phishing and god only knows what else.

 

You cannot do that, they will reverse your payments (which you sent to others) to cover up the negative balance. I myself is having negative balance of $7600.

 

I have tried it and no I cannot close it!
But you can just remove your CC and bank account and burn that paypal!
