with a start-up in hands, i believe you always need employees... you should be focussing on buildina human capital rather than enjoyin profits... The employees would bring you the profits... you expect LATER. Thats when you would also know if you hired the right people..
I do not have any right now but am thinking of freelancing some people for data entry. I try to stay away from salary employees because they waste allot of time and money not getting much done. Freelance is the best I think. Or short term gigs
