A few years ago my eyes were very tired and my head was aching almost all the time...since then I wear computer glasses for protection when I'm at the computer of course, but also when I'm watching TV...all I can say is that they are efficient
I don't see they sell computer glasses where I live, I may need one. I lower brightness of the monitor, I don't know if that helps.
I've purchased such glasses and I must say that good lenses are not cheap at all. I've noticed when I put them on my eyes are not as much tired as when I don't wear them, even working at LCD screens ;-)))
To reduce emissions , it is better to use LED display like me . LED displays are very cheap nowadays .
I don't use those "Computer Glasses" or "Anti-Glare Glasses" but I will surely buy them in a few days because now my eyes feels pain when I work on PC for more than 2-3 hours.
no actually i am not having computer glasses, but i am planning to have because i am experiencing eyesight problem from past few days.
I have an LCD so I dont need glasses, My eyes dont get fatigued. LCD is worth the investment, there also better graphics.. But computer screens will &*# your eyes up regardless. Many hours of it day after day, will make you short sighted.
Mmmm i don't have personally, but know several people that uses them and they work perfect for them, and don't get their eyes tired (at least not as much as before). Regards.
I dont have them...but I recently went through this headache/eyeache phase when I felt like I may have needed them. I have a stigmatism.
I just found out that the distance from your screen can also hurt your eyes and cause headaches. 1 and a half feet is good
When I had a CRT I had a pair of glasses but since then I have LCD monitors and I don't need the glasses.
I have to use normal glasses now from using the PC too much...now I use a break reminder, saves my eyes - workrave is the name of the program.
