    You kidding? We still can't get those 'tards to move fast enough to approve to decline us U.S. publishers. It's been over a month since I applied and I just got a form letter that they've received my application last week! No wonder Google is kicking their ass all over the planet. At this rate, they'll figure out to add blogging in 2009.

    Has anyone from there even addressed the possibility that a website owner living in other than the US like Canada or the UK for example may have a site with 80% US traffic?

    Anyways, I'm not holding my breath.. Yahoo payouts will probably go to hell by the time they get around to allowing international publishers.

    I have a couple of friends from the Australia and Japan who are eagerly waiting for this. Looking at the way Yahoo is going, i guess it will be way too long!!

    For some they are allready are. Clicks remain same, bids are same on overture, but payouts are increasingly lower for many.
