Yes....back pain...a big problem for me also I know I have to exercise a lot...but not so much time to do this, unfortunately This is something very common nowadays
Can you work on dp while sitting on this chair sorry while sleeping on this chair dude . My back i totally strong , do some yoga in morning .
I had a bad back. My back got to the point where I couldn't play golf more than once or twice a week. And I like to play 5-7 times a week during the Summer. So I did four things to prevent my back from keeping me off of the golf course. -Daily stretching- 3 times @ 10 minutes each. -Strengthened ab muscles (w/o doing situps). I started doing some of the yoga/ core strengthening exercises my wife does every other day. -I bought one of those Herman Miller Aeron chairs. -And finally, I bought an inversion table and I spend about five minutes a day on it. I've been doing these things for about three years and haven't had ANY back problems.
I work more than 16-17 hrs day while sitting in front of computer.. The computer desk is kept in front of my bed so I keep changing my position.... I dont have weak back but I also dont want to make it weak...
