I am deathly afraid of stairs. I can't walk down a flight of more than three steps without a railing at hand (no pun intended), which I think is the result of falling down some stairs when I was about 4 years old. DP members, what's your phobia? Does it interfere with your life?
Yeh i had acne when i was younger. And my phobia is that it comes back again. As unlikely as it is, its still my phobia lol.
I have an irrational fear of mice and rodents. I'm also sh!t scared of snakes, especially in summer when I'm surrounded by them. But that's not really a phobia, because it would be irrational not to be scared of Australian snakes.
Go camping in the outback. Northern Territory lol. I did that. No more fears for me. Snakes, lizards, camels, mice, everything lol.
To put it bluntly - no f-ing way I hate camping. The last time I went camping was in the Grampians, and a team of bush mice nibbled through the wall of my tent. Not exactly the greatest experience for someone who's scared of mice
LOL, one time i woke up and found a goanna in my tent. I got the shock of my life. That was scary, probably the worst moment of my life lol.
I am afraid of bridges. I'm okay on the smaller ones, and even the medium ones aren't too bad. Awhile ago, I nearly flipped my wig while visiting California when I crossed the Golden Gate bridge. I just did a google image search for pictures of the world's highest suspension bridge, and I think I now need some seasick pills or something. I think I better recuperate by spending some time at cuteoverload or icanhascheezburger.
I get that as well. I worry when driving my car. Especially when my brother is in the car. I always think the worst. Even though im a good driver.
