Do you have a Link Directory created by Joomla ?

Do you have created a link directory with Joomla ? If yes, did you had any problems and what component or module did you used ?

 

I use one by www.mosets.com . I've tried most of the directory components and Moset's was the best for me. It costs $100 but is well worth it. I found that I could easily modify it to do what I needed.

btw Joomla.org is using Moset's for the extension directory - http://extensions.joomla.org/

But if you want to have a directory,you'd better look for some professional programs.
Like phpld which is very popular.
You could take a look at the sites in my signature,both of them use phpld.

 

sigsiu is good for business index directory. very good one.

 

if you want to have yellow pages , you can use sobi component for joomla. if you want a general link directory , you can use mosset
