You know as rich as Microsoft is, you'd think the software prices would be in the 90's rather than 200-300 bucks. Shrugs

Well hey guys, the coding books, college, IT, its all there for you to learn how to code, start your own software business. Hell, I am on my way to making my own OS hopefully.

Microsoft is rich because we chose to make it rich, and we're lazy.

I think it is all too easy at times to have a go at Microsoft. Some of their stuff is good, without who knows where we would be?

I wouldn't say I hated them. Some of their products I dislike, and some of the ways they do business - but I could say that about a lot of companies. In fact, there are companies that I boycott, but Microsoft isn't one of them.

Personally I love them, I've used both mac and linux and to be honest, I just feel more comfortable using Windows.

It's just more functional and it's use for the general protocool not just programmin or designing in which linux and mac are reknown for.

The only thing I hate about Windows is obviously the stupid error messages you get every now and then, but hey nothing's perfect and no operation system will ever be perfect because technology is forever getting better.

Most used does not mean most popular.
Such exploits are much easier with both IE7 and Windows.
They are not. IE has more vulnerabilities than all other browsers combined according to Secunia.
The operating system is not. What you are using, the user interface, is. But the software you run is pretty much the same everywhere, including Linux if it's available there.

Chrome is not 11 years behind. All browsers are at varying stages of conformance; by a couple years or so. Only IE is over a decade behind.
You don't have to code for it.
Mozilla has never done any such thing.
Ford does not sell 95% of the worlds cars.
Microsoft illegally and unfairly creates software that does not conform to published standards used world wide to access information and interoperate on the internet. Being a monopoly, you cannot restrict access by only allowing your product to work with your standards alone. Such anti-trust regulations are in almost every country in the world and have been since the 1800s and before. Read up on your history.

I had a BIG PROBLEM with microsoft using illegal softwares, I know its wrong, but I didn't have the amount to install a original copy of windows and office in all pcs, ok now I'm paying by use illegal microsoft products before.

Before I can agree with some stupid guys that says that microsoft is easiest and user-friendly, but now its completely different if you have money to put original s***t in each computer... go ahead and be happy...

All things that you can make with windows you can make with any other FREE OS.

Millions of people use Firefox instead IEx, cause its Free and much more stable....

But if you are microsoft user, no problem, but I can guarantee, Microsoft knows everything u are doing.....

Become a microsoft user and lost your privacy!

Wrong -- there are a lot of companies as large or larger than Microsoft. Making lots and lots of money doesn't make a big company.

And I don't hate Microsoft at all -- Microsoft is the company that put a PC in almost every home in America, and probably many other countries too.

I don't have a problem with them. Many people don't like them because Microsoft is more successful than they are.

If you're one of those people, don't hate Microsoft, hate yourself for not being as driven and successful.
