Do you guys think banner ads hurt you in regards to backlinks more than text ads?

    I was curious if you get better results from straight text ads when it comes to backlinks than with banner ads with the keyword encoded into it?

    Of course you will get better backlinks from text ads. But banner and ribbon ads are for better clickthrough rates.

    if you are interested in backlinks use text ad,if you are interested in clicks use banner ads
