I was thinking about getting 2CO, but I'm already using paypal and I heard it's kind of annoying to fill out all the forms for 2CO. Any recommendations?
The reason I ask my question is because paypal usually sides with the buyer for digital goods, even if they don't deserve it. Any recommendations for this problem?
I agree with @deluxdon , Paypal would be preferred f your country is on their support list. They are more widely used and recognized which can sometimes be a plus as well. As for digital goods, I saw on another site that Paypal is making some changes to their policies on covering digital good. I am not sure exactly what changes are being made as far as what they are going to start covering but they are making some changes that will benefit sellers of digital goods. You should be able to do a search and find out the new terms for digital good are.
If you are already using them, stay with them. A suggestion on the whole PayPal sides with the buyer issue. Make sure you fill in notes and messages in those boxes, keep email conversations - be specific in them. Make PNGs of your articles and attacth them to the invoices....well, that brings up another issue. Try to use invoices. That works well for me, I've never had a charge back from anyone - so I have no stats to give you for comparison. If you are thinking of changing payment processors simply because you think your work is going to be rejected, then you might want to think about the kind of work you are doing. Just be a good record keeper - I know, sometimes it aint worth fighting for three dollars, but on the other hand, somebody has to be the first one to stand up to somebody when they rip you off. ...wait, what were we talking about again? j/k.
