You ask copywriters, what copywriter they would recommend ! Marketjunction and Webgal and keywordsandcopy. Great high end copywriters. If you want Press Releases, Jhmattern is your man [Big Wink] Many others here [Including your's truly ] are good too, but have some way to go.
lol Thanks lightless. I second Jason (Marketjunction) and Ann (Webgal) if you're looking for "real" copywriters - for marketing and sales copy. They're the two I usually recommend. A lot of people here mistake copywriters for content writers. So if that's what you're looking for instead, please be sure to clarify, so we can make more relevant suggestions.
I am about create a thread with the same question. Thanks all here for creating the thread and posting on the thread. My supplimentary question What budget is ideal to have a sale page written by those who are recommeded here? Need the information as I need a sale page written soon. I will highly appreciate if you can give some idea in range , I know it will vary with project
For the people that you've seen recommended here already, you should probably expect to spend at least a few hundred for a relatively short sales page, and several thousand if you're looking for a very long form sales letter kind of sales page. Unfortunately "sales page" can mean a lot of things, so it's tough to give you an idea. You're better off starting your own thread though to ask questions like that.
Thanks fellow DPers for the good words. Sales letters from some copywriters run from $800-$2,000 USD. Sales letter copywriter specialists charge anywhere from $1,200-$10,000 USD for the most part. Some more, some less. They often take 40+ hours to research and write. The key is getting into the mind of the market. CoolCopy on this forum specifically writes sales letters. I think she does this exclusively and she's $5k per letter last time she published her rates. Janet B is also a sales letter writer, I don't know her rates. her site www.copywithheart.com. So make sure you are writing a menu-driven website or a long scrolling page called a sales letter. That will help you find the right copywriter. Which one works best depends on what it is you are selling. An ebook on a new programming platform that helps you boost rank might be sold best as a sales letter. A selection of high-end Disney products needs a menu driven website. So the key here is to make sure you choose the right kind of website to sell your goods or service. Make sure your audience will buy off a sales letter page. There are pros and cons for each type.

I remember Jenn's post for a similar thread almost fout to five months back.It contained almost every fine detail about sales letter prices.I would be happy if she could recollect the same for once more. Copywriters recommended by Jenn need no further recommendations. You must prefer one of them.
