I love the feeling when i was sweating all around when doing exercises. SO, yes, i go to gym once in that week!
I am not like to go to Gym.I don't think to spends hours for only for muscle. I do lots of things Yoga, Mediation and jogging which help me to reform my body every day.my work scheduled is very hectic that's way end of the my body and mind gets loose so yoga is the best way to control all the problem.
I used to go to the gym when I was young. But now I'm middle-aged I really can't be bothered. However, I do stay reasonably fit by walking a lot. I walk more now than I did twenty years ago, actually. I think it's the best exercise of all. Good for stress relief and general fitness, but not too strenuous. Gym junkies go at it way too hard, I reckon!
Yes, but I'm cancelling my membership this week and wil just go on a run / bike in the neighbourhood each day instead.
