I tried going to the gym for about a week, but I prefer yoga now because it's more relaxing and I feel like it's not exercise at all.
my garage is my gym full of olympic barbells and proper equipment. My problem is i dont have a spotter, and after being stuck at the bottom of full ROM squats screaming for my neighbour to hear me ill never do heavy weighted squats again without a spotter.
I work out EVERY day. I run for about 25 minutes and do the elliptical for about 20 minutes. After that I'll lift a little.
I used to workout at home daily but my house is to busy to do so. I plan to hit the gym again when I have the money.
Used to, like 2 years ago but I stopped coz it made me eat nonstop. Should be going back though, my cousin and a friend have been postponing this for the longest time.
