I am planning to start some exercise schedule from next month as I would have ample time in the morning. I would start with some aerobics and yoga and slowing increase it to jogging, running and probably weight training.
Hmm, I used to go to the gym a very long time ago... but now I'm just doing squats, pushups and swimming and it's ok.
I do go to the gym not as often as I did when I first started. A few people around me says I look like I've lost weight, I don't see it personally but like 4 different people have said that so I guess. I like it though it's fun and the steam room is a good way to relax.
No need for me to go to gym, i am always fit. I do have jogging early in the morning and its been one of my daily routines.
I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for the last 5 months. I have temporarily cut this down due to very hot weather here in Morocco.
Yeah, I gym... and never skip a day. I used to be one of those lazy people who has a gym membership but never used it... up until I wanted to loose some weight for my prom and started to feel great by seeing it all shake off... then I was taken up in the hospital with glandular fever... nearly got meningitis, and I weren't allowed to gym for 6 months after I came out of the hospital... and by that I mean NO exercise... no ice skating... no long walks... nothing. I had to keep my body still for a long time, and since I just got into the gyming mood, I felt sooo frustrated, and suddenly understood how people in wheel chairs have to feel who wants to do all these stuff, but can't. During that time, I swore I was never going to complain again! We people complain about having to have to drag yourself out of bed early to go to the gym... about taking long walks etc. Since I was able to go back to the gym... I just don't skip anymore. I do it for the fact that I still have both my arms, legs, and my health which is now back to normal... and I have made it my mission to become the healthiest I can be.
