It's been a little while since i've been to the gym. I'm starting to run again, just up and down the block, nothing major. Resting today though, cause my legs are sore.
I think going every day is too much because your body needs a chance to recover. I go twice a week, or try to.
well its like half a sit up when i get out of bed and then half a sit up when i go to bed making it 1 sit up a day =)
