i workout 5 times a week and build muscle.. my whole life I've been playing basketball and now took a brake and doing a bit of weight training,...bit of body building ad then later return to some good old ball.. once u grow up doing this stuff u can't disconnect meaning that i can't image me living if i didn't' play sports and stayed active. its just impossible. i think every1 should stay active to be healthy. like if you don't hgo to teh gym or anything ,... at least make sure u leave the house alot
Well I am too slim and think that I couldn't even handle the heavy machinery there Lets see when I will be out of this problem
i went to gym 3 days every week and i spent around 2h there to managed my healthy lol it is good to keep your health and body look nice , i care for that
I used to go everyday but lost motivation . Its really hard to stay motivated when you don't see fast results
I just had surgery on my leg to remove three tumors a month ago, but i'm already back up to five days a week! It keeps me sane, bwahahaha.
