Yup, 6 times a week, excluding holidays ... I also go hiking and play basketball on a frequent bases.
Well truly speaking i have inner feeling to join gym and keep my body fit and fine, but due to lack of time or you can say negligence or due to financial problem I am not able to for this. Well hopes to be member of gym very sooner in coming time. Promise
No. It is not so, people love to take dogs, but mainly the "Desi" Don't go for the paid dogs because of the cost. But those who are rich they always go for the Costly dogs. In the street I am living Ganesh colony, Pilani; there are 6 homes which has dogs out of 13 homes in the same line... So think ... pet dogs are popular.
I do not... I like to hibernate in the winters up here, so to speak. Then summer rolls around and I can't be bothered either. Hah!
That is what I thought before going to the Gym for the first time. Thought I was fit and waking up sore the next day barely able to move lol.
Yes, of course, but maybe not enough. Sometimes, I just do not have time to go and train because of different obligations. However, when I go to a gym, I always strive to compensate for the loss.
Reading this makes me realize i should I used to go and it brings out so much emotional happiness through working out anyone who doesn't go give it a try peoples opinions don't matter about you don't let anyone stop you going stay happy stay healthy
I am not at the gym currently. Attending is definitely a huge goal for me. I was desgnated overweight by the DR and looking to lose at least 30 pounds and build some muscle. Hopefully the gym prices will come down or they open up a Planet Fitness in my area. Most gyms are over $30 a month in my area and costs like $140 just to start.
Yes, I go several times a week. I run in the morning the same way. Not for beauty but more for health. And just like it.
