I haven't thought about it, its because they have their own busy schedule and I am also busy as well. Like you mentioned a while ago that you can crunch in some activity even I have a busy schedule.
Yes you can!! As a health and wellness coach I don't believe that having a real work out is determined by having a long work out session but I believe that if you find 20 mins or so and do a quick work out daily and be as affective. For example have you thought of doing squats while you are waiting for something to cook? Try it daily and you will see a huge difference.
I've gotten to the point that if I miss the gym in my workout schedule for the week, my body doesn't feel right. Its always a good idea to involve your spouse or your other half with you when hitting the gym regularly.......trust me! Not only is it a good thing but it will help motivate each other.
Morning walkers are great, I use them all the time. Have you thought about using 5 weigh dumbbells while walking. These will give you more of a work out and make it more fun and interesting. It amazing how creative you can get.
Its funny how some people answered "No but............" or "Yes but............" We have a lot to say on this topic and a simple yes or no answer cant contain us
