I usually go at least once a week to do weight training, and do a couple of hours of martial arts training. I get my cardio by walking to and from work which is about three miles a day.
Swimming pool or jogging are better. If you quit regular gym, your body loses that nice shape really quickly.
nah, i don't need to, £50/month for a gym when i do my own at home, basically Atkins/Protein diet 24/7, weights in the morning/evening before & after work, then a quick jog later that night followed by some variations of crunches.
I will anything, (hiking, running, skiiing, surfing, biking) just as long as I don't have to go to the gym!
