I go mountain biking twice a week but next week cause of the boxing I'll cycle on Tuesday and relax for the rest of the week (Advice, don't listen to music with your headphones on, play it from the smartphone) Be extra careful. Great thing is you see what's happening in other peoples streets i.e new build or for sale signs - road works, the odd race with someone lol.
