I try to go and I should go My job is whole day behind the computer. If I don't go I start to have back pains and feel dizzy.
I'm exactly the same... So I drag myself to the gym once a day, even if it's just to do half hour of cardio.
No, not enough. But i know that once i have completed a gym session, i feel so much better. Not only stronger, but clearer in the mind. You need to make a habit of finding 30-60 mins, daily or 4-5 times a week to exercise. But i get quite lazy
Yes, three times every week. It's just something that you have to do if you work on a computer as much as I do.
Yep, I go to the gym but not regularly, I've noticed heart problems lately, may be that's due to my age... so now my therapist insists on using heart rate devices during my workouts. I'm using Beets BLU heart rate monitor for that
No.... work has certainly kept me pretty busy and I'm guilty of not maintaining my physical well-being.
NO I'm not going to gym regularly, but yes I do workout at home every morning. Specially I focus on Yoga, because it certainly help.
