Im researching for new products to affiliate, and am looking into products, that have the gravity around a couple of points (2-5)
    Do you choose such products?

Sometimes I do because it means there are very few competition and you can potentially do well.

Then I'll take a look at the sales page, if it's not even remotely professional, forget about promoting it.

    Hope this helps :)

I say stay away from high grav. products when you going to be paying for traffic, Or getting into a bidding war.

Low Gravity does not mean there is no competition.
There could be a similar product with high gravity.
You might not get a low bid on keywords.

Exactly. Gravity means competition for the PRODUCT, not competition in the niche. You might find PSP downloads product with gravity 20, and there is also PSP Blender with huge gravity.

So if you go to Adwords and start promoting the product with gravity 20, it wouldn't make difference to you in costs, because you will be competing with guys who are in the same niche as you. (PSP downloads)

I promote both low and high and I do well in both, as long as

the salespage is ok and the niche is good. I would promote it
