I don't do cardio every day, no. However, I train six days a week. Four days of weight training and 2 days of mid-high intense cardio. During dieting periods, I increase cardio to six days of low intensity.
I don't, but I need to. Maybe when I don't have so much work to do that I'm awake in the night and sleep(a little bit) in the daytime.
I saw a chiropractor, and he said that jogging and running is VERY bad for you. High impact, and all that.
No, I should, but somehow I always end up doing things on my computer. ALL day ALL night. Addicated you say?
I don't. Think I just have a great motabolism(sp?), cause I hardly exercise and i'm quite 'skinny'. Although I do usually walk for at least an hour every day, not all at the same time though. Takes me about 10 mins each way to university (which is up or down a massive hill depending if i'm going there or coming back), then I usually walk around town for a good half hour or so getting lunch or looking in shops. Guess thats my exercise.
I used to go for a walk, daily for half an hour. But I am in the bed (met a paragliding accident) from last 4 months, with most of my bones broken.. so no walk/jogging.
Oh, no! Dang! Ouch! Are you going to be okay? Wow! Was that your first jump or were you an experience pilot? I've always wanted to try paragliding, but I think you just talked me out of it!
I am an experienced pilot (about 2 yrs experience) but there is something called "intermediate syndrome" which took me by storm. Some wrong decision based on incorrect weather condition.
