Hey i just have an order come up as saying its through "All Other Items Ordered".

do you get money for these sales also or not?

Usually one gets money after the customer paid.

 

You'll get the comission when the ordered product is shipped

 

You will get your referral payment once the items are shipped. But if they are Amazon Kindle ebooks, you will not get any referral payment.
I sold over 12 of those never got a Penny for them, so I've stopped promoting them.

 

What are they?

I also see the commission rate can substantially differ between 4% and 15%.
