Do you get emails from the same email address without you sending them?

For some time now, I have been receiving emails from the same email address of mine. That means, if my email address is , I am getting some emails from the same . Since almost all of them are from some Pharmacy (and most of the sites are phishing ones) Google is sending them to Spam folder. At first, I thought there was a trojan in my system and that was sending the mails or my system was one of those hacked systems which are used by spammers (hackers) to send spam to lists of email addresses. I ran many Antivirus and Antispyware programs. But none of them found out any thing. Some of the softwares I used are Nod32, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, AVG antispyware (formerly Ewido), Trojan Hunter........

Later I searched for it and came to know it is called "Email Spoofing" and there is nothing we can do to stop it. If any of you are receiving any emails of this kind, please share your experience here. By the way, I suggest you should not click on any links in those emails, most of them are Phishing emails, at least in my case. Also protect your (windows) PC with at least one Antivirus (I suggest Nod32) and one AntiSpyware ( AVG AntiSpyware (Ewido)

 

Yeah spoofing is a big issue and unfortunately it cannot be stopped.
