Do you get banned or disabled?

I wanted to target a specific anime group and use the anime title for my adwords campaign. Am I allowed to use it for my title? What about description?

If I did, would my campaign get disabled or will my account get banned?

 

No you will not get Banned

There will probably be NO Problem using the tilte in your campaign, However, if you are infringing on a trade mark, Google will simply tell you so right when you "Save your Campaign"

If that happens, then you'll have to remove the infraction before google will show your ads

 

Be careful not to violate any trademark laws. That would be the only potential probel I would see.

Google will enforce trademarks when requested by an advertiser, however be careful even for those trademarks that are not yet protected. One client was sued over it and the other company won the case costing our client lots of money.
