Highly unlikely. You could try emailing them with a short, informative email describing what happened but the chances of getting your account reinstated in such circumstances are remote.

Even if someone else did it, they were under your control, so you are ultimately responsible. Not likely they would allow a re-acceptance under such circumstances but without asking you would never know.

You will not get your account back, don't even bother with that.

There are about two options you have now:

    • Create a business account, and use a friends name/address when signing up.
    • Have the account under a friend / family member's name and have them cash the check and give you the money.
The first way is probobly the best, as you can cash the adsense check yourself.

wonder what your so called " guy you had looking after the site " did?

There ae milions of spammy sites and garbage sites on the web with adsense,, and adsense doesnt ban them,, they may get their pages dropped out of the index but no adsense ban.

This guy of yours must have had some type of incentives to click on the ads himself. As we have seen over and over that even if your putting crap filled sites on the web you may at the worst get an email from G telling you to fix " A" or "B" and they may remove adsense from the site that is in violation. But for them to ban your account it had to have had some sort of click fraud going on! Google likes its money just as much as the publisher does, but the only thing I see banned accounts for is the Big CF.

Another thing could be that you gave someone that was banned access to your account ( maybe ). As I know they are getting better at putting banned adsenser and friend of said banned adsenser together.

But it must be one of the two

Alot of people reply to these posts and say that begging in email might help. Has anyone ever had any luck with this?

I believe someone did, i forgot his name but he actually had a response from google who did reinstate his account. I'm fairly sure it was not someone who was pulling in low 2 digit monthly income either.

I've never heard of anyone getting their account back. I think it's a one-way ticket.

I read if you keep sending emails over and over you may have a greater chance of getting back.

    Load of crap, Ned.

*IF* the account gets disabled in error it may be possible to get your account reinstated.

If it has been disabled because you've been up to no good -- clicking your own ads, hidden text to try to generate higher-paying keywords, etc.; then you can forget about trying to get your account reinstated. It won't happen. Ever.

Were you one of the rare occasions when your account was suspended in error?

Google answers my questions most of the time.

but i think in your case, it'ds pretty tough for them to be sympathetic.
