Do you "flip" websites?

    Just wondering if anyone does. By flip, I mean do you buy websites, remodel them (optimize), and then sell them for profit?

    I used to do this a little, but lot a lot lately. Sometimes if you find a good deal you can resell a website right away and make a big profit.

    I don't buy websites... I create some good websites and sell them for profit... sold a couple of sites so far. :)
