Do you find "Social Groups" on forums useful?

    I want to know your comments about social groups on vbulletin forums.

    Do you find them useful and / or a great thing to promote your site?

    I just created a group Site Reviver group and want to know how others are promoting their groups so that I should follow their techniques :)

    Yes, but it's only useful if you have a niche group, if the topics in your group can be found on the main forum, then I think no one will join it.
