    Hi Guys

I just want to get some comments from you regarding what it is like being a webmaster.

As many of us know, this is a lot of work and many, I am sure, are spending less time with family members and more on the Internet trying to make extra money.

Are you a part-time webmaster or making a full-time living off it?

Do you find it hard being a webmaster and making decent money online?

My name is Mike and I am a part time web master for a few websites...

When you first start out (Talking about 5 years ago for me now)... It can be hard and very tiring.

I have been using the internet for many years now and have a vast knowledge, but it can... YES!, be an issue and can take some time to revert back.

    All the best,
    ~ Mike

It is a very part time thing for me so if I didn't like it I wouldn't be doing it.

It is also a part time job for me, and i like it. It is fun, and fast payment.
But i also would recommend to do other things, not ONLY webmastering. ;)
Sometime it is hard, sometimes not, so i can not say, really.
But i need to do other jobs aswell: Something else for security.

    I agree with you.

Unless you are very active in various fields, such as developing and maintaining websites, writing articles, selling your services, etc. etc., you will not be able to make a full-time living from webmastering.

Dosen't matter you are a webmaster or a taxi driver, all depends on how you make your life...it can be simple and happy one or a busy and hard one.

All that matters is that you don't lose your LOVE and HUMOR. Now show some LOVE:)

    humor later.. :p

    Peace and Love for everyone.

I got serious with my internet work 3 years ago, went full time 2 years ago and don't mind working lots because I enjoy playing on computers and being my own boss. Took a couple of years to get a steady cashflow but all the work establishing different web sites is paying off.

The work is realtively easy but time-consuming and somewhat additive. It's the time-consuming aspects (SEO) that I find hardest.
