    I'm wondering if using Google Adsense is worth it for your blog. What does an average CPM look like? And do you find ads distracting to your content?

    Loads of people put too many ads on their sites and they get in the way.

    Definitely think about the purpose of your site. Are you chasing ad clicks or does your site have something useful for visitors to read?

    If your site is meant to be useful then dial back the ads.

    Agree, need to ask yourself the question id Adsense really worth it or should you look to the bigger picture of trying to sell your products? Personally think it is the latter.
