Well, atleast I do. I have been a regular reader of this forum from years, but never considered of registering (ahm...to be specific, never gave importance to registration). I just used to think that I don't need to register now and I will do it whenever I will need it. It makes no difference. But now, I am really admiring it as a mistake when I have to starve for little things like join date, post count, reps, itraders and most of all, the reputation of being old. I could have easily got 'em all if I would have been registered on first day I approached this forum. Anyone else does feel in same way? If not as same as mine, do you even wish you could have found digital point earlier in your life?
Yeah...even I do am enjoying. But just as some things in life, I really wish that DP would have been arrived in my life much earlier...
I dont want to check those factors like joining date, itrade, number of posts, we need to check how much knowledge we gained and how much knowledge you shared through the digital point. according to me i have share so many nice things of my knowledge to Dp, till that i am so happy
No remorse. I have joined dp earlier but staying active in this great forum these days is becoming more difficult...
I registered in 2009 and stop using it for almost a year...then recently I comeback and become active again in DP. The main reason I joined DP is for it's marketplace...They're so crowded and really can convert if you have the right stuff to sell...So yeah I regret the decision I make leaving it for a year.
I agree with this. I think you just spend more time in front of the computer trying to learn things, when it's generally best to take right action and see what happens. People can teach you things, but the best lessons are those you learn for yourself.
Yes! Doesn't really matter when you joined DP as long as you're active and giving contributions to the community is more important than that.
Yes, even I don't want to check those factors but what about others who do? To be very frank, it's really hard to earn respect, reputation, business and even friends here on DP if you don't have such large numbers of itraders, posts, reputation and joining date. And these things can only be achieved with time, no matter how genuine or dedicated you are. Everyone on DP feels the same thing at one time or another. Yes, that is absolutely true. It's one of the biggest strength of DP. Grimm, How are you supposed to be active and giving big contributions if you have not even joined the forums?
What I meant was no point thinking over it. I registered two years ago and I have to start at that time and do my part here.
I knew of this forum for some months, and checked it a few times till early this week when I registered. And yeah, maybe I should have registered back then!!
