I love yoga very much,but I do not have enough time to do it. It is healthy and wonderful,do you usually do it?
No I dont , but I heard theres a lot of benefits. So maybe i should start slowly and get into the habbit
I Love yoga!!!! I prefer ashtanga and vinyasa styles. Yoga is an amazing form of exercise mentally physically and spiritually.
theirs always time for exercise you just have to make time for it. 30 minutes a day isnt hard to put aside for the benefits, wake up 30 mins earlier etc.
I haven't actually tried yoga and definitely can see how it benefits the body and mind. Even if you can do it for ten minutes I think it is better than not doing anything at all.
Hey!!! Actually i try to go yoga, coz i know very well that how beneficial it is.But i am not able to do it daily due to time clashes ,i dont have much time.I know that some time is certainly for our physical fitness,but the overburden of work and stress makes me so tired.
