Do you ever marvel at your front page?

Do you ever load up the front page of your site just to look at how awesome it is?

I do that a lot with my main site, a community of role playing games. I can't help it! The front page is awesome!

Oh, just as a note: we're running an experiment on our front page using Google Website Optimizer: Every unregistered visitor gets a different version. All registered users see the same page, though.

Your front page doesn't look so hot without the css. It took so long to load I think it timed out trying to retrieve the stylesheet :D

Damn, we're having problems with our host right now.

Maybe it's just that the front page represents the work put into the site?

Not bad, what are you using with phpBB to generate the front page? A portal or can you do that with the standard phpBB?

I spend more time marveling at myself in the mirror before I take a shower.

Frontpages are like being in an airport, I want to be at them for the least amount of time possible.

I like your Hitman site, MAL87!

@Rockpile: We wrote a blank page based on phpBB3's base requirements, then pointed it to a custom template. Google Website Optimizer was loaded on that template. We've recently ended the experiment.
