I take 3 supplements daily : Omega 3, multi vitamin and B complex. I cant say if they have any effect on me or not. But I think they help regulate my weight. I am also eating this super food called sprulina these days.
Prachi4, Can u go a bit more into Sprulina? What has it done for you? Feel any true effects? Thanks Theo
I try to take a high quality one each morning and night, but not strict about it since I think it's more of a "supplement" and a generally good thing to do when you're not eating enough good food. People who use vitamins to "supply" them the daily requirements should do a little more research I envy those of you who say you don't need them because you eat so well... That's still on my to do list.
I am not taking any vitamin tablets or supplements. And i am very active entire day.. If we take a good planned diet, we don't need any supplements, our body can produce what ever it needs from what we eat.
Fish Oil is Very GOOD for the body health. Also i eat Oranges almost everyday...As vitamin C is Essential for body tissues repair too.
