I eat enough cereal and fruits to get my daily dose of vitamins and minerals... so no I don't use them.
I have GI issues, so I take fiber, vitamin E, multi-vitamin, magnesium, and vitamin B. Works like a charm.
I try to take multivitamins on a regular basis. I also have some Ginko Biloba, and I just ran out of bottle of Flakseed oil.
i don't remember i have ever taken vitamin tablets. i take proper food, fruits and vegitables. i ear a lot and do proper excersize. i don't need vitamin supplements. am launching a fitness blog next month!
ya i take supllement twice in a week not more as they have a side effect, but its better not to have it
I take GNC's vitamin stuff along with protein shakes every morning. Can't say the multivitamins actually do anything that I could feel.
I take Multi's, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex and Salmon Omega - daily. Oh, please be aware of the difference between Synthetic and Natural Vitamins. For everyones benefit, refer to this table.
