I eat all organic foods, and try to incorporate fruits and vegetables into my diet (which is composed primarily of meat and potatoes or rice, haha).
I don't. I eat out a lot because of school. I'm a regular at Quiznos. They're not horrible, but certainly not the healthiest choice out there.

if you dont like vegetables the easiest way to get a powerhouse of nutrients in you is to juice them. Mainly the green ones again provide some of the best cleansing effects.
Use only coconut oil for cooking, eat lots of tomatoes, never drink too-hot liquids, avoid all artificial sweeteners and colouring and drink only r.o. filtered water. Just had a medical check. Blood pressure, cholesterol normal. And I am a fit 75 years.
No, I am not a healthy eater. I don't like to eat fruits and veggies and stick to beef, pork and chicken. I also eat a lot of fast food. But I want to eat healthier.
