Hahaha yeah when I tell that to my peers or family, they all look at me like I'm crazy. But it's absolutely true and we see people in fitness, bodybuilding, and ESPECIALLY powerlifting they usually disperse their meals in that manner. Was it your family you told about the meal plan? I totally understand since they do that to me too, I stopped trying to tell anyone like my family and friends since they don't really listen.
I dont eat breakfast, most days I have lunch, and tea/supper, whatever you want to call it. Although sometimes, I dont, but only if ive had lunch and dont feel hungry/feel sick/too tired. But yeah, most days i have two meals . I usually snack alot too .
I do. The most important meal ofr me is breakfast because I dont have too much time to eat during lunch and dinner.
Only 3? I eat 4 main meals a day and snack in between those meals, if i didn't i would waste away, i load up on food before i go to bed, considering i'll not be eating for 8 hours while im sleeping. I dont know how you people who skip breakfast can do that when you have already gone too long without food while you're asleep.
Well since last week I started eating some heavy breakfast and skip the lunch. I just have dinner early like around 7 p.m.
